Ian, a qualified Lawyer, had previously acted as a Legal Liability Consultant to the Queensland Government (through the Worker’s Compensation Board) for in excess of ten years, investigating the circumstances of industrial and commercial incidents after they occurred.  Ian then sought to prevent workplace incidents rather than investigate them after the fact, by offering a Legal Liability and Occupational Health & Safety consulting service to assist Business Operators to understand their onerous 'Duty of Care' obligations under this newly introduced legislation.
